The annual Building Co-op Futures youth conference is back again and this time it's going Carbon Neutral AND going live around the world! Through regional forums, live video conferencing and webstreaming, youth from around the world will have the opportunity to participate in the Building Co-op Futures conference through forums in their own region or on the internet.

On June 2nd and 3rd, young co-operators from around BC and the world will come together to ask how we can organize ourselves to create sustainable communities through co-operation. Building on the premise that our actions must match our goals, the conference will be held through local forums around the world and joined via video and internet to increase global participation without increasing our carbon footprint. The Building Co-operative Futures conference is structured with regional forums taking place in Vancouver, Saskatoon, Guelph, Pakistan and Buenos Aires, wehre co-operators in those regions with strategize and find ways that young people can address the issues they face in their region through co-operatives. On June 3rd, all of the regions will join together via video to share best practices that will inspire ad allow participants to find sustainable solutions from other regions in the world.
