Welcome to the SESN
The Social Economy Student Network (SESN) serves as a forum for post-secondary student academic dialogue, information dispersal and education on the Social Economy (SE). It links students to one anoth
er from across the globe and fosters the growth of knowledge and information-sharing among members. The Network exists to bring together students interested in aspects of the Social Economy in order to facilitate the formation of intellectually stimulating and diverse peer networks within and beyond the academic and research environment.

THe Section "Portrait of a Student Researcher" is a new initiative of the Social Economy Student Network. It provides a forum for students to showcase the innovative research, sustainable development and social justice initiatives that they are working on involving aspects of the Social Economy. Student "portraits" will be developed throughout the year based on applications and nominations from students and other researchers and practitioner/acteurs in the Social Economy. Resumes and Nomination/Cover Letters should be sent to the Social Economy Stduent Network.
SOCIAL ECONOMY TELELEARNING SESSIONS
The Canadian Social Economy Hub and Social Economy Student Network are dedicated to making information on the Social Economy accessible to everyone. Since October 2006, the Canadian Social Economy Hub has been offering monthly telelearning sessions on topics in the study of Social Economy. Two of these sessions have focused specifically on the experiences of students studying the Social Economy in both English and French speaking Canada.
